We collect only your email address, and only when you voluntarily provide it: by signing up to receive a free Day Zero journal entry or by subscribing to be notified when new volumes release. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data directly. Payment processing for full journal purchases is handled entirely by Payhip, which has its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
Your email address is used to deliver the content you requested (Day Zero PDF) and to notify you of new volume releases or updates from Battlefront Press. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.
Email service provider
We use MailerLite to manage our email list and deliver content. Your email address is stored on MailerLite's servers in accordance with their privacy policy. MailerLite is GDPR compliant. You can review MailerLite's privacy policy at mailerlite.com.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral analytics. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log basic server-level data such as IP addresses and request timestamps for operational purposes. This data is not used for marketing and is not accessible to us in identifiable form.
Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send, or by contacting us directly at battlefrontpress@gmail.com. We will remove your address promptly.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
